Tips
1 I had some leftover steamed taro roots from making the taro Swiss roll. You can freeze the cooked taro roots and use them later.
2 I am using earl grey tea in this recipe, feel free to use your favorite tea.
3 Serve this smoothie warm or cold. I microwaved the taro roots and milk to make this drink warm. It's the perfect breakfast for a cold morning.
4 To make it vegan, swap milk with your favorite plant-based milk and use 1 tbsp sugar to replace the sweet condensed milk.
