Instructions
1 Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus, cut them into 1.5-inch pieces.



2 Add oil to the skillet, on medium-high heat, stir fry the asparagus for about 3-5 minutes, or until they all turn dark green.


3 Add the oyster sauce and mix well with the asparagus, turn off the heat and serve.


Tips
1 If you want to make it vegan, try vegan oyster sauce or simply use 2 tsp of soy sauce.
