Ingredients
1/2 lb sushi grade salmon
1/2 lb sushi grade tuna
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp wasabi
2 cups rice (uncooked, short grain)
1 cup frozen edamame
2 Persian cucumbers
1 radish
1 tbsp furikake rice seasoning
Instructions
Cut the fish into 1/2 inch cubes, mix with soy sauce, vinegar, and wasabi, let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 min.
