Ingredients

  • 2 cups arugula (or other lettuce)

  • 1 mango, medium size

  • 1 avocado, medium size

  • 1 Persian cucumber

  • 1-2 radishes

  • 3-5 strawberries

  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar glaze

Instructions

Thinly slice the mango, avocado, cucumber, radish, and strawberries, top it with arugula and balsamic vinegar glaze and enjoy!

Tips

1 Feel free to swap arugula with other salad greens!

2 Add sliced mozzarella cheese or nuts and seeds of your choice to boost up protein content.
