Tips
1 Korean cold noodles or mul naengmyon is made with wheat flour, sweet potato starch, and buckwheat. It has a very unique chewy and slippery texture. You can find it in Korean or Asian grocery stores (or online). It comes with sauce packs too!
2 Change it up: replace chicken and egg with other protein of your choice, such as beef, tofu, or seafood.
3 Cucumber and asian pear are the traditional toppings and are highly recommended, however, you can be creative! I wanted to add more vegetables to this dish so I added tomatoes and wood ear mushrooms and it turned out great.
