Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup heavy cream
2 eggs
Instructions
Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
Add the heavy cream and eggs, mix until all ingredients are just combined.
Heat up a pan on medium heat, spoon about 3 tbsp to the pan for each pancake.
Cook the pancakes until you see bubbles, flip and cook for another minute or so.
Note
This recipe makes about 20 small pancakes, each serving is about 5 pancakes.
Top is with your favorite fruits and drizzle some maple syrup, enjoy!
