Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
Add the heavy cream, use a specula to mix until a dough is just formed.
Shape the dough into an 8 x 8 inch square on a floured surface, cut into 16 squares ( or simply use an ice cream scoop to scoop the dough on a baking sheet.
Melt the butter, brush on the biscuits.
Bake at 425 F for about 18-20 min.
Brush another layer of butter on the biscuits.
